Using BECE Results on Scholarship Forms in Ghana

Direct answer

Scholarships want a clear slip and sometimes a school stamp — not a blurry WhatsApp story. Save PDF on first official check. Do not give the PIN to every NGO inbox.

BECE — Ghana 2026

Written for parents applying for SHS support. Buy authorised checkers on Ewale *714*22# when you need a voucher. Check only on WAEC’s official portals.

Vital context for “BECE results scholarship forms”

NGOs and churches collect results. Some are genuine; some phish. A PDF/print is enough for most forms. Live portal access is not required for every application.

BECE checker facts that actually matter

A BECE result checker is a Serial Number + 10-digit PIN. It is not the index number. The index number identifies the candidate; the checker is the key that unlocks the portal. Official check: eresults.waecgh.org. WASSCE’s site will reject a BECE voucher.

WAEC Ghana typically allows three successful views per voucher. Screenshot and save a PDF on the first clean load. CSSPS SHS placement uses these grades later — a lost PIN in a class WhatsApp group burns a use and exposes the child.

Buy a BECE checker on Ewale

Dial *714*22# → 5 Results Vouchers → 1 BECE.
Self or Other. Quantity 1–80 for a school or family.
Confirm the live GHS (often GH₵24 per voucher) and approve MoMo.
Save the SMS. Then open eresults.waecgh.org with index, serial, PIN, and the correct year.

Advice that actually helps

One PDF. Watermark a copy if you must email. If an “NGO” demands MoMo to process the scholarship, it is not a scholarship.

The expensive mistake: Emailing Serial+PIN “so they can check for us.”

After the grades are on the screen

Track application deadlines separately from WAEC. Keep the original SMS in case a body insists on a fresh view — then buy one new checker, use it once, PDF again.

Redact index on social media even if the NGO is real.
School stamp on the printout if they ask.
Do not pay to “upgrade grades for scholarship.”

Protect the child and the voucher

Do not paste Serial + PIN in a class or church group.
Do not pay a site that is not eresults.waecgh.org (or the matching official WAEC Ghana property).
Do not buy a second voucher until you have re-typed the first SMS and confirmed the exam type and year.
Schools should not harvest student PINs “for the office file.” The three uses belong to the candidate.

Stuck after a real debit? Ewale support with the MoMo reference. WAEC grading disputes go to WAEC Ghana, not Ewale.

FAQ — BECE results scholarship forms

Will they accept an Ewale SMS as results?

No. SMS is the voucher. They want the portal slip/PDF.

Three uses already gone?

Use the PDF you should have. Buy a new voucher only if the body refuses copies.

Foreign scholarship?

They may later want WAEC confirmation/attestation — that is WAEC, not a checker seller.

For BECE results scholarship forms, keep *714*22# saved. Results day is a bad time to stand in a Ghana Post queue. Official portal, three uses, save the PDF, then decide the next academic step with a calm adult in the room.
