Developer documentation
Reference for partners integrating with Ewale payments in Ghana. This page covers the product surface today and will expand with full API endpoint docs when the public partner API ships.
Overview
Ewale is a payments product for everyday digital services in Ghana — airtime, data, utility bills, TV subscriptions, and WAEC result vouchers. Customers can pay online or by dialing the USSD shortcode from any phone.
Partner integrations use approved credentials issued per project. There is no public self-serve API signup at this time.
Getting started
- Review the payment services you need to support.
- Confirm whether your users will pay via the Ewale web app, USSD, or a future partner API checkout.
- Email walletewale@gmail.com with your company name, use case, and expected volume.
- Once approved, you will receive environment details and credentials. Endpoint docs will be linked here when ready.
