The smartcard number is a 10-digit identifier printed on your DSTV smartcard or decoder. You need this number to renew via *714*22#.
Renewal Steps
- Dial
*714*22# - TV Bills → DSTV
- Enter your 10-digit smartcard number
- Choose your bouquet (Compact, Premium, etc.)
- Confirm amount and approve MoMo PIN

- On the physical smartcard (remove from decoder)
- Decoder sticker (back or bottom)
- Previous payment SMS receipts
- MyDSTV app if registered
