Direct answer

Official means eresults.waecgh.org after an authorised voucher. A JPEG from a stranger with “WAEC” in Comic Sans is not official.

BECE — Ghana 2026

Written for parents flooded with leaked PDFs. Buy authorised checkers on Ewale *714*22# when you need a voucher. Check only on WAEC’s official portals.

Vital context for “official BECE results Ghana”

Look at the URL, the candidate name, photo if shown, and subjects. Clones copy the layout. If you did not enter your own PIN, it is not your check.

BECE checker facts that actually matter

A BECE result checker is a Serial Number + 10-digit PIN. It is not the index number. The index number identifies the candidate; the checker is the key that unlocks the portal. Official check: eresults.waecgh.org. WASSCE’s site will reject a BECE voucher.

WAEC Ghana typically allows three successful views per voucher. Screenshot and save a PDF on the first clean load. CSSPS SHS placement uses these grades later — a lost PIN in a class WhatsApp group burns a use and exposes the child.

Buy a BECE checker on Ewale

  1. Dial *714*22# → 5 Results Vouchers → 1 BECE.
  2. Self or Other. Quantity 1–80 for a school or family.
  3. Confirm the live GHS (often GH₵24 per voucher) and approve MoMo.
  4. Save the SMS. Then open eresults.waecgh.org with index, serial, PIN, and the correct year.

Advice that actually helps

Buy your own checker. Check yourself. Compare name and index. For disputes, the school writes to WAEC with the slip — not a Twitter argument.

The expensive mistake: Forwarding a “whole school Excel” as if it were WAEC.

After the grades are on the screen

PDF from the official session is your working copy. Certificates later follow WAEC’s process.

  • HTTPS and the real domain — not waec-results.xyz.
  • No MoMo PIN on the results site.
  • Ewale SMS is the voucher, not the result.

Protect the child and the voucher

  • Do not paste Serial + PIN in a class or church group.
  • Do not pay a site that is not eresults.waecgh.org (or the matching official WAEC Ghana property).
  • Do not buy a second voucher until you have re-typed the first SMS and confirmed the exam type and year.
  • Schools should not harvest student PINs “for the office file.” The three uses belong to the candidate.

Stuck after a real debit? Ewale support with the MoMo reference. WAEC grading disputes go to WAEC Ghana, not Ewale.

FAQ — official BECE results Ghana

Can a teacher’s screenshot be official for admission?

Institutions want the candidate’s check or WAEC confirmation. Do not depend on a WhatsApp crop.

Is Ewale the results publisher?

No. WAEC publishes. Ewale sells the checker.

Portal looks different this year?

WAEC redesigns. Still use the announced official URL from WAEC/GES, not a boosted ad.
