Direct answer

Embassies and foreign schools often want WAEC confirmation or attestation, not only a phone screenshot. Start WAEC’s official process early. A checker PDF is a start, not always the finish.

WAEC Ghana — Ghana 2026

Written for candidates applying abroad. Buy authorised checkers on Ewale *714*22# when you need a voucher. Check only on WAEC’s official portals.

Vital context for “WAEC results embassy”

Confirmation is a WAEC Ghana service with forms and fees. Brokers selling “embassy results in 24h” are a red flag.

How WAEC result checkers work in Ghana

WAEC Ghana does not email grades. You buy an authorised result checker voucher, then type Serial, PIN, index number, exam type, and year on the official site. Ewale *714*22# sells BECE and WASSCE/Nov-Dec vouchers by SMS. Price is shown before PIN — treat WhatsApp “GH₵5 checkers” as stolen or fake.

Three uses. Official sites only. Never dictate PIN on a call. If the portal is slow on release day, wait and retry — do not buy five extra vouchers from a stranger.

Advice that actually helps

Ask the embassy/university the exact document name. Use WAEC’s published channel. Keep your checker PDF as working copy. Do not mail your PIN abroad in an open email.

The expensive mistake: Cropped screenshot as the only document for a visa file.

After the grades are on the screen

Track the WAEC request. Do not buy mystery PDFs from Gmail names.

  • Official names on all IDs must match.
  • Start before the visa appointment.
  • Checker uses: keep one for a last live view if asked.

Protect the child and the voucher

  • Do not paste Serial + PIN in a class or church group.
  • Do not pay a site that is not ghana.waecdirect.org (or the matching official WAEC Ghana property).
  • Do not buy a second voucher until you have re-typed the first SMS and confirmed the exam type and year.
  • Schools should not harvest student PINs “for the office file.” The three uses belong to the candidate.

Stuck after a real debit? Ewale support with the MoMo reference. WAEC grading disputes go to WAEC Ghana, not Ewale.
