StarTimes is a different stack from DStv
StarTimes Ghana is not MultiChoice. The smartcard, decoder, and bouquet names are StarTimes’ own (Nova, Basic/Smart, Classic, Unique, Chinese, Super — menus vary by year). You cannot load a DStv payment onto a StarTimes card. USSD payment still looks the same on Ewale: TV bills → StarTimes → card number → package → MoMo PIN.
