• Prepaid: 11-digit number printed on the meter face (often starts with 0).
• Postpaid: Account number or SPN on your printed bill.
• New meter: On installation receipt from ECG.
• Linked phone: Some prepaid meters accept the registered mobile number on Ewale menu option 1.
